Hello,
I just e-mailed you the payment instructions. The parts supplied are 2 of the 3 parts listed under the heading "Non-rapid-prototyped" mechanical parts on this page: [
reprap.org]
The parts are the "thermal barrier" and the "heated brass barrel." I did not make the copper jacket as that can be made quite easily with a hacksaw and a file.
