BrendanErwin started to wrote the EmcRepStrap but is not more interested on it. I already started to build my own EMCRepStrap and want to document it, to help others and myself.

Done. I also moved it to:

because I like short but clear names.

Also, we're jump-starting the whole twiki-mediawiki move soon.
